🔥 SNEAK PREVIEW: STRENGTH PHASE 2 BEGINS MONDAY
Lift Legion Strength Phase 2 shifts the focus from foundational strength (Phase 1) to muscle growth and work capacity by increasing training volume and intensity. This phase incorporates higher reps and shorter rest periods (I heard a few moans and groans out there), creating a greater metabolic demand to drive hypertrophy while reinforcing movement patterns, "it feels like my muslcles are about to burst through my skin..." member shall remain nameless but it's starts with an M, like for Maria.
The goal?
✅ Maximize muscle adaptation
✅ Improve endurance or "get enduranced"
✅ Prepare the body for overload in Phase 3
Expect a balance between strength and muscle-building. Overall weight per exercise may decrease to account for the higher reps and reduced rest. Focus on the feel of the muscle being worked, and aim for perfect form with a good muscle pump. M knows, like the kind, "where my muscles feel like they are going to burst from my skin..."
