This is Workout 3 of our phase, hit every Friday. We’re focusing on control with 5x5 squats, bench press, and barbell rows using a 4-2-0-0 tempo. That’s 4 seconds down, 2-second pause, then explode up — reinforcing form and building strength. Finish with a 2-round EMOM: push-ups, dumbbell thrusters, jump lunges, and mountain climbers. 10 reps each, one move per minute. Slow down. Lock in. Finish strong.
