We’re deep into the Strength Phase, and the numbers don’t lie—serious weight is being moved. From the top lifters to the newest names on the board, the energy at Lift Legion is...electric.

Here’s what the leaderboard is telling us so far:
🥇 Strength Phase Volume Leaderboard Kings & Queens
Trevor Legore currently holds the top spot with a massive 130,887 lbs lifted, just edging out Mike Reinhart at 130,270 lbs. If anyone is interested, the step brother showdown happens this Friday at 5:30 a.m. Talk about a heavyweight showdown!
Meanwhile, on the women’s side, Christelle Scott leads the charge with 96,980 lbs—and she’s doing it remotely! That’s the kind of dedication we love to see. Melissa Cruz (84,065 lbs) and Crissy Schiro (78,670 lbs, also remote) are hot on her heels, making this a tight and exciting race.
💪 By the Numbers
Top 3 Lifters Combined: 380,472 lbs lifted
Top 5 Combined (3 Men, 2 Women): 493,677 lbs lifted
Total Volume across all 46 lifters: Over 2 million lbs!
📈 What This Means
This strength phase volume leaderboard doesn’t just show who’s lifting the most—it shows who’s showing up, putting in the work, and sticking to the program. Volume is a reflection of consistency, not just strength.
And remember, everyone started at the bottom of this list at some point. What matters most? Keep showing up. Keep moving weight. Keep having fun.
🔥 A Few Midweek Shoutouts:
Remote warriors like Crissy, Olivia, and Christelle proving that strength knows no boundaries.
Family Feud Vibes: From Cruz Clan (actually related), McAllister/Letwinch to the Legore/Reinhart crew, the sibling & step-brother competition is heating up!
Most Improved Eyes On: Watch out for names like Lindsay Niemans, Briana Cruz, and Rory McAllister—they’re gaining fast and pushing volume with purpose.
We've got a new member, Captain Perfect Hanging Leg Raise, Aric Porro also making his way up the leaderboard.
Special shoutout to our 5 day a week members, Jamie Snodgrass and Kate Cruz.
🧠 Reminder:
Your goal doesn’t have to be the leaderboard—it can be staying consistent, improving form, building confidence, or lifting just a little more than last week. But tracking volume helps us all stay accountable, competitive, and motivated.
Keep logging, keep lifting, and keep leading by example. Whether you’re at 130K or 13K—you’re building something stronger than just muscle.
Let’s finish the week strong. You’re part of something powerful. 💪🔥— Team Lift Legion
