Lift Legion 2025 Murph Challenge Results
2025 Lift Legion Murph Participants - There were a few participants that didn't use the Everfit so I couldn't tally any results. Please let me know if I left you out and what level and time you completed the Murph.

Legion,

This past Monday, our community showed up strong for one of the most iconic workouts in the strength world — The Murph Challenge. Born out of honor for Navy Lieutenant Michael P. Murphy, this test of grit, heart, and endurance has now become a Lift Legion tradition.

🙌 Shoutout to All Our 1st Timers!

A huge round of applause to the first-time Murph participants — you made your mark and proved you belong in the Legion ranks. We had over 15 first-timers from all experience levels, and every single one of them brought their best.

💙 Vitality & Strength Crew — You’re an Inspiration

To Cheryl Santor and Carol Kimmel — you’ve shown that strength has no age limit. You scaled it smart, showed up with purpose, and repped the V&S crew with pride.

🎯 Final Thought

Murph isn’t just about finishing. It’s about showing up with intent, honoring the effort, and being part of something greater than yourself. We’re proud of every single one of you who stepped up, scaled smart, and gave it your all.

You’ll find your Murph Challenge results uploaded to Everfit On Demand this week. If you’re still feeling the soreness — wear it like a badge of honor.

Stronger together,

— Your Lift Legion Team
